Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and Reveal This LTD ("RevealThis", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to our website, applications, creator tools, messaging, subscriptions, premium unlocks, and related services.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and complete any age or identity checks required for your location or account type. You may not use the service where doing so is unlawful. Businesses and creators confirm that the person accepting these terms has authority to bind them.

Our Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, Content & Safety Policy, and any checkout or creator terms shown to you form part of this agreement.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You must not sell, transfer, rent, share, or create accounts for another person; evade verification or enforcement; impersonate anyone; or use automated means to create or operate accounts. We may require reverification, restrict sessions, or suspend access where account integrity, age, identity, fraud, or legal risk cannot be confirmed.

RevealThis provides a moderated marketplace through which verified creators may offer subscriptions and one-time access to digital content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, RevealThis does not employ creators and is not a party to private arrangements outside the service.

A purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the purchased digital content through the service while the relevant access right and your account remain valid. It does not transfer ownership or permit copying, recording, redistribution, public display, resale, scraping, circumvention, or commercial exploitation.

Availability may change because of creator removal, legal duties, consent withdrawal, moderation, account enforcement, regional restrictions, technical incidents, or payment reversal. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Checkout identifies the creator or item, currency, base price, applicable buyer fee, total charge, and whether the transaction is one-time or recurring. Subscription charges recur at the disclosed interval until cancelled. You authorise our payment partners to collect the displayed amount using your selected payment method.

You may cancel a subscription through your account before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access active until the end of the paid period. Refunds, failed delivery, duplicate charges, unauthorised payments, and chargebacks are handled under the Billing Policy and mandatory consumer law.

Where you expressly request immediate supply of paid digital content, you acknowledge that access may begin before any statutory cancellation period expires and that, where permitted by law, the cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, unavailable, or unlawfully supplied digital content.

You must comply with the Content & Safety Policy. You must not upload, request, purchase, promote, transmit, or facilitate illegal, underage, non-consensual, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, violent, or payment-network-prohibited material.

You must not harass users, solicit off-platform transactions to evade controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, test security without written authorisation, interfere with access controls, misuse reports or chargebacks, or use purchased content outside the licence above.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By uploading content, you grant RevealThis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, encode, adapt for technical delivery, moderate, display, promote within the service, distribute to entitled users, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, secure, market, and improve the service. The licence lasts while content is hosted and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, evidence, disputes, legal retention, and enforcement.

You warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, identity records, releases, and legal authority required for each upload and that our permitted use will not violate another person's rights. Creator-specific obligations are set out in the Creator Compliance & Agreement.

RevealThis branding, software, interfaces, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited access rights expressly granted, no intellectual-property right is transferred to you.

We may review, block, restrict, preserve, remove, or disclose content and account information where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate complaints, comply with law, or satisfy payment and banking obligations. Approval does not guarantee that content will remain available.

Anyone may report suspected illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or harmful material through the Complaints & Content Removal Policy. We may place interim restrictions while evidence is reviewed and may preserve relevant records for authorities or legal proceedings.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure through Support. Account closure does not cancel obligations, disputes, subscriptions, legal holds, or records that must be retained.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account immediately where reasonably necessary for safety, illegality, fraud, non-consensual content, child protection, sanctions, payment risk, repeated infringement, material breach, or failure to cooperate with verification. In other cases we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate.

On termination, access rights end except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Provisions concerning ownership, licences needed for retained records, payment adjustments, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and legal compliance survive.

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, moderation, security incidents, legal restrictions, and events outside our reasonable control may affect access.

Payment processors, verification providers, hosting providers, creators, and linked services operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party acts outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Subject to mandatory law, we do not guarantee creator earnings, audience levels, uninterrupted access, permanent content availability, or that every user statement is accurate.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where legally permitted, RevealThis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss caused by your breach or unauthorised use, or events outside our reasonable control. For business users only, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees paid to us by that user in the twelve months before the event or GBP 100. Consumer liability remains governed by applicable mandatory law.

If you use the service as a creator or business, you agree to indemnify RevealThis against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, missing rights or consents, breach of creator warranties, tax obligations, or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer resident elsewhere may bring proceedings in, and retain the mandatory protections of, their home jurisdiction where applicable law requires.

We may update these terms for legal, safety, payment, security, or service changes. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email where appropriate and will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise we will request fresh acceptance.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a restructuring, financing, or business transfer while preserving applicable consumer rights. These terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning the service.
