Billing Support

Use billing support for duplicate charges, pending authorizations, refund reviews, chargeback questions, recurring subscription cancellations, and purchase-delivery issues.

Include the order reference, creator username, purchase date, amount charged, and the email address on the account. Screenshots from your bank or payment app are helpful when reporting duplicate or disputed charges.

Unlocks are granted only after confirmed payment. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, related access may be revoked to protect creators and meet payment-network rules.

Open a support request through Support or email compliance@revealthis.com. Review times can vary when fraud, banking, card-network, or legal teams are involved.
