Creator Compliance & Agreement

This Creator Compliance & Agreement supplements the Terms & Conditions. By applying for or operating a creator account, you agree to both documents. If they conflict on creator activity, this agreement controls.

You operate as an independent creator, not an employee, worker, partner, or agent of Reveal This LTD. You control whether and what to create, subject to law and platform rules. You have no authority to bind RevealThis or represent that we endorse your content.

You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, permitted to perform and publish the relevant content, and successfully complete our enhanced identity, age, sanctions, fraud, and creator-onboarding checks. Approval is personal and cannot be transferred.

You must keep legal name, contact, tax, payout, and verification information accurate. We may request refreshed documents, live checks, source evidence, or reverification after expiry, material account changes, suspicious activity, policy updates, or provider requirements. Verification approval does not guarantee payment or payout approval.

For every upload, you warrant that:

• You own the content or hold all rights needed to create, upload, advertise, licence, sell, and distribute it through RevealThis.
• Every depicted person was at least 18 when the content was created and was legally capable of providing informed consent.
• Every depicted person freely consented to the acts shown, recording, publication, defined distribution, and commercial use, without coercion, trafficking, intoxication exploitation, or deception.
• Valid identity evidence, production dates, model releases, and performer-to-content links cover every depicted person.
• The content and metadata comply with law, the Content & Safety Policy, payment-network rules, and third-party rights.
• You will not mislabel, conceal, edit, or omit facts that would affect moderation, age, identity, consent, rights, or payment review.

Before upload, you must obtain and retain legible government-issued identity evidence and a signed release for every performer, together with the legal name, aliases, date of birth, production date, content reference, consent scope, and signature provenance required by law and platform procedures.

You must link every visible performer to the upload using approved platform records. A collaborator, tag, revenue split, or private agreement does not replace performer verification or release coverage. You must promptly report withdrawn consent, disputed identity, suspected coercion, trafficking, or inaccurate records.

You must preserve required records for at least seven years after creation or last amendment, and longer where law, legal hold, investigation, or our written instruction requires. On request, you must provide complete records promptly for moderation, complaints, payment review, audit, or lawful inspection.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant RevealThis a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, create technical derivatives and previews, moderate, display, communicate, promote within and in connection with the service, and distribute content to authorised users.

The licence lasts while the content or account is active and afterwards only as reasonably necessary for purchased-access continuity, backups, complaint evidence, legal retention, fraud prevention, enforcement, and legal claims. We will stop new commercial display after removal where reasonably practicable, subject to existing purchaser rights, safety restrictions, and mandatory obligations.

Unless a different written commercial schedule applies, the creator share is 80% of the base content or subscription price and the platform fee is 20%. The separate 7% buyer service fee is added to checkout and is not included in the creator-share calculation.

Displayed balances are estimates until payment settlement, fraud review, applicable refund and dispute periods, reserve requirements, currency conversion, taxes, withholding, provider deductions, collaborator allocations, and adjustments are complete.

You are responsible for taxes, registrations, filings, invoices, and business obligations arising from creator earnings. We may collect tax information, report payments, deduct or withhold amounts where legally required, and suspend payouts until required documentation is complete.

Payout availability follows the schedule and minimum threshold shown in Studio or an applicable written payment schedule. Processing dates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on settled funds, accurate payout details, provider availability, and completion of review.

We or our payment partners may establish, adjust, or release a rolling or fixed reserve reasonably based on refunds, chargebacks, fraud, complaint history, account age, transaction volume, content risk, provider requirements, or expected liabilities. Where practicable, the applicable reserve or hold status will be shown in account records or communicated to you.

We may hold, delay, offset, or reverse amounts for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, negative balances, duplicate payments, sanctions, tax withholding, missing records, consent complaints, prohibited content, legal process, or sums you owe us. You remain responsible for a negative balance caused by valid reversals or obligations.

Content may remain unavailable until identity, performer, release, rights, safety, and moderation checks are complete. Approval may be reconsidered after complaints, provider alerts, policy changes, new evidence, or legal requests.

You must cooperate promptly and honestly with complaints, takedowns, depicted-person requests, chargebacks, audits, law enforcement, safeguarding, and payment reviews. You must not contact, threaten, retaliate against, or expose a complainant or performer for using a reporting process.

We may restrict publishing, messaging, purchases, balances, payouts, or account access while investigating risk. We may remove content or terminate immediately for suspected underage or non-consensual material, trafficking, fraud, sanctions, serious illegality, record falsification, retaliation, or material breach.

For remediable lower-risk breaches, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Appeals may be submitted through the applicable moderation, complaint, or Support process, but an appeal does not require us to restore content while risk remains unresolved.

After termination, valid deductions, reserves, refunds, disputes, legal holds, and required retention continue. Any eligible remainder is paid after review and expiry of applicable holds. No payment is due for unlawful transactions or where payment would violate law.

You are responsible for your content, records, tax affairs, communications, and promises to users. You agree to indemnify RevealThis against third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from missing rights or consent, inaccurate records, unlawful content, tax obligations, or your material breach, except to the extent caused by our breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

The liability rules, governing law, dispute provisions, and general terms in the Terms & Conditions also apply to this agreement.
