Scope and commitment

This policy applies to creators, performers, buyers, staff, contractors, content, posts, clips, messages, transactions, and other activity on RevealThis. No person may use the service to recruit, transport, control, threaten, exploit, or profit from another person through force, fraud, debt, abuse of vulnerability, or coercion.

Definitions and risk indicators

Modern slavery and human trafficking include forced labor, sexual exploitation, debt bondage, coercive control, threats, document confiscation, restriction of movement, abuse of vulnerability, and commercial sexual activity involving a person who cannot freely and lawfully consent. Risk indicators may include inconsistent identity or consent evidence, third-party account control, scripted or fearful communications, payment redirection, repeated reports, or pressure to publish content involving another person.

Preventive controls

Creators must complete document and selfie identity verification before monetization. Every visible performer in monetized adult content must have approved document and selfie identity verification and an approved release linked to the relevant content before publication. RevealThis may request renewed evidence, suspend publishing, or withhold access while a review is open.

Risk indicators, user reports, payment or account anomalies, performer invite records, release status, and staff review may trigger escalation. Evidence is reviewed only by authorized personnel with a business need.

Response and reporting

Where trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation is suspected, RevealThis may remove or restrict content, freeze relevant account functions, block publishing, suspend payouts, preserve records, contact affected persons where safe, escalate to Trust and Safety or Compliance leadership, and refer the matter to appropriate law-enforcement or safeguarding authorities. Retaliation against a reporter or affected person is prohibited.

Report concerns through the public complaints process or email complaints@revealthis.com. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services first.

Records and review

RevealThis preserves relevant reports, review decisions, identity and consent evidence, and lawful-request records for at least five years, subject to applicable law and any longer legal hold. This policy is reviewed at least annually and after a material incident or legal change.
